Job posting: Bilingual Nationwide Claims Service Representative

I wanted to pass along the following opportunity for full time and part
time positions within the Columbus Call Center for individuals who are fluent in the Mandarin language. These positions are available to anyone over the age of 18 who can legally work in the US. Claims Service Representative

What they do:
Mostly take incoming calls from policyholders, claimants, agents, and attorneys etc. who either need to report a first notice of loss or inquire about one. They are the first contact when something has happened to our customers automobile or home. This makes, our claims service representatives one of most vital keys to Nationwide’s ability to provide On Your Sidesm service to our valued customers.

Where they work:
In our Dublin call center.

What kind of training is offered?
Six weeks paid training. Class room and hands on. Training will be
Monday-Friday for six weeks. Then after, you would start working the
scheduled agreed at hire.

Let’s talk about the important stuff- how much do they make?
Claims Service Representatives start at $11.50per hour plus medical, dental, 401k and much more.

What kinds of jobs can I get after I’m a CSR?
The career path for the Claims Service Representative depends in part on their interests, talents, drive, abilities and education. Most often, an associate goes from:
CSR Level 1 Representative Sr. Representative Master Claims Representative

What are the qualifications for these positions?
A customer oriented personality, customer service mindset, the ability to work with people from all different backgrounds and cultures.
